Due to continued success, the Dispute Resolution team is seeking the addition of an Associate to join their high calibre team.


The Role:


We are looking for an Associate with 4+ years PQE to join our Litigation Partner’s fast-growing team.


You will require a high level of experience and knowledge of Dispute Resolution.


You will manage your own caseload of matters, including but not limited to, shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, Crypto Disputes, and defamation claims.


The ideal candidate will have experience of being a lead on cases. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management and supervision.


Main responsibilities include:


· Working with the Partner to develop process and improvement initiatives.

· Overseeing the development of improvement initiatives.

· Providing end-to-end technical support to the litigation team.

· Preparing and presenting work and strategy reports to the Partner.


The role will play a key part in supporting one of our London based Litigation Partners

The role involves some networking and business development.


Personal Specification:


To be successful in the role, you will have 4+ years post qualification experience or more, with previous experience at Top 200 firm. You will have previous experience managing a varied corporate caseload. You will be pro-active, efficient, organised, keen to take the initiative and to drive transactions forward.


The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Commercial awareness and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong rapport and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills (specifically Outlook, Microsoft Excel/Word and Data Rooms).
  • Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks.
  • Work well with others as well as an individual
