Assist the lead instructor in delivering lessons by providing additional explanations, answering questions, and facilitating discussions. Help to create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that engages students and encourages participation.
Help prepare instructional materials, such as handouts, presentations, and learning aids. Ensure that all resources are ready and available for each class session.
Assist with managing the classroom environment, including organizing materials, maintaining order, and supporting students in following classroom rules and procedures.
Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams promptly and accurately. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and performance.
Lead or assist in organizing study groups or review sessions outside of class hours to reinforce learning and prepare students for upcoming assessments.Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with the subject matter or course content is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essentialPersonal attributes to become a successful Teaching Assistant
A strong desire to support student learning and development.
Able to work collaboratively with instructors, students, and other staff members.
Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the classroom and the students.
