Brighton, 80% RemotenWorking closely with the Talent Acquisition Director along with various HR and business stakeholders, the role will focus on recruitment across our UK/Europe and North America business, and partner closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Specialists in post.nResponsible for ensuring the identification, assessment and acquisition of talent for Study Group within the many sites across the UK/Europe. Ensuring that high-quality standards are met in hiring practices in terms of time, cost and quality; and that the Study Group employment brand is strengthened through best-in-class efficient recruitment and on-boarding processes.nThe role will support building a true centre of excellence within the Talent Acquisition function, delivering not only end-to-end recruitment across the business but developing exciting programmatic elements to take the function to the next level.
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have experience working with contractors/temps.
ABOUT THE ROLEnTimely screening of prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualificationsnEnsuring that potential job candidates are an excellent fit for Study GroupnProducing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidatesnDesign and conduct introduction screening calls focussing on relevance and quality for the rolenCreate shortlists of potential and high-quality candidates and present to Hiring ManagersnRegularly communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule a variety of different interviews, advising on assessment criteria and questions and occasionally joining the panel to offer support.nAccurately and timely recording candidate information and updating candidate progress information on the applicant tracking system (ATS)nCreate specific talent pools using our internal candidate database and utilising for difficult rolesnProactively approach passive candidates regarding open vacancies using a variety of sourcing tools and systemsnFlexibility to work with changing priorities based on business needs and supporting colleagues when askednFlexibility to manage and influence internal and external stakeholdersnAbility to work under pressure and deliver under challenging deadlinesnManaging multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslynStriving to find better solutions to recruitment activity to increase quality of hire and reduce non-value add activitynABOUT YOUnA demonstrable consultative approach towards managing effective candidate and stakeholder relationships.nSubstantial experience in an in-house or RPO environment is preferred, but this is equally a great opportunity for someone currently in a recruitment agency environment to move in-house.nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases and platforms (Essential)nExperience of recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Admin, Operations) is highly preferential.nAbility to effectively work in a matrix environment.nProven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, seeing them through to successful outcomes.nAbility to multitask with a positive outlook and a genuine passion for recruitment.nABOUT USnStudy Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
