Our client are a leader in the Smart Building Analytics space, focusing on decarbonising buildings to benefit businesses and the planet. Their mission is to reduce energy consumption by connecting with building equipment, identifying issues, and optimising operations through their platform and services.


As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll:

  • Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, positioning our platform as a vital solution.
  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, collaborating across teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Tailor Services and Support: Customise services and reporting to address clients' unique needs and improve operations.
  • Plan for Success: Develop strategic plans aligned with clients' objectives, identifying opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  • Provide Responsive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Empower with Training: Conduct product training sessions to maximise client understanding and utilisation.
  • Advocate for Clients: Gather feedback to drive enhancements to customer experience and software.
  • Track Performance: Monitor key success metrics and prepare reports on customer activities and outcomes.
  • Lead Team Growth: Identify opportunities to improve processes and take on responsibilities to facilitate team growth.


Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years in building and energy analytics or similar field.
  • 3+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in software customer success.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC and building systems.
  • Market knowledge of built environment and building services.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional remote teams.
  • Excellent project and task management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive self-management skills.
  • Full-time availability in the UK and EU.
