**Job Responsibilities**
Collaborate with staff, participate in planning, and engage in professional development opportunities.
Assist in foundational skills and learning activities.
Ensure a safe and engaging environment alongside the lead teacher.
Provide tailored support to address diverse learning needs.
Track and report on student development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
**Qualifications and Skills**
An Early Years Practitioner Qualification at Level 3.
Familiarity with the EYFS Curriculum.
Enthusiastic about igniting curiosity in young learners.
Able to remain resilient and adaptable in dynamic classroom environments.
Skilled in collaborative teamwork.
Proficient in safeguarding procedures.
