Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
Create, review and amend contract terms and conditions.
Set up projects by creating applications for payment documents and early warning & compensation event registers.
Review and maintain project programmes.
Attend meetings.
Produce Applications for Payment, working with the Project Manager.
Work with the finance team to manage and review debtors and cashflow.
Work in Progress reporting and valuation tracking.
Produce costings and budgets.
Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers.
Working With:
Client project and commercial teams.
Internal departments, including Finance, Procurement, Production and Design.
Suppliers and subcontractors.
Skills and Experience required:
Ability to understand technical principles and project terminology.
Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS packages; experience with SAGE and Microsoft Project is a plus (training provided).
Knowledge of NEC 3 & 4 Conditions of Contract.
