The Role


As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Negotiate and oversee subcontractor agreements
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
