About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join this wonderful school on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young learners in their critical early years of education, helping them develop a love for learning. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to creative and exciting lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of your students.
This role will allow you to work closely with both students and staff, ensuring that each child feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. You’ll have access to excellent resources and support from the school’s leadership team, who are dedicated to staff development and student achievement.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with KS1 students in a primary school setting.
• A passion for delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and tailored support.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn.
• Work collaboratively with the KS1 team to share best practices and resources.
• Engage in school activities and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular involvement.
