Location Newcastle – Cobalt Business Park (Hybrid: 3 days onsite) Contract Duration 17 Nov 2025 – 31 Mar 2026 Day Rates £437.98/day base £501.66/day inc. holiday (33 days) SC Clearance required Role Overview As a Content Designer, you will shape the content strategy and lead on delivering clear, user-focused content across a major digital initiative. You’ll work closely with product teams, UX specialists, and stakeholders to ensure content is grounded in research, guided by data, and aligned to user needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct audience research to inform content strategy and user experience Design, plan, and deliver high-quality digital content Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimize content Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and influence decisions Lead ideation sessions and contribute to strategic planning Provide content expertise across multiple teams Develop innovative content solutions that elevate user engagement Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Product Development Strong capabilities in Digital Content Solutions , Content Planning , Content Assessment , and Content Creation Experience influencing stakeholders and guiding content decisions Ability to translate research insights into effective, user-centered content
