Senior Associate,
with c5-9 years PQE working in an
Immigration
team with
Private Clients , to join a leading London Law Firm.
The
Senior Associate
will manage their own caseload of private clients, so strong Immigration experience together with extensive knowledge of the appeal process, is required.

Key responsibilities as the Senior Associate will include:nManaging own caseload of private clientsnProviding valuable advice on complex UK immigration mattersnBuilding and developing strong client relationships, maintaining regular contactnPreparing private client immigration applicationsnSupporting clients with reviews and appealsnMaintaining constant up-to-date knowledge and familiarity with all legislationnUndertaking relevant business development and marketing activities such as workshops, pitches and presentations and seminars / conferencesnLine management and support of Paralegals and junior team membersnAnd more
What we’re looking for:n5 years+ PQE experiencenExtensive Immigration experience with private clients is essentialnExperience in preparing applications for a range of personal immigration matters (including family immigration, human rights, European Settlement Scheme and nationality applications)nDemonstrable experience of the immigration appeal processnAbility to provide support and complex legal advicenExperienced in legal business development and marketing with excellent business acumen and commercial awarenessnExcellent research skillsnConfident and professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage client expectationsnConfident presentation skillsnAbility to support junior team membersnStrong IT skills
