The hotel has undergone a complete renovation with the aim of reaching a 4 star status. It is a unique harbour facing, Victorian hotel with just under 50 rooms. With a lounge bar, public bar and harbour view dining room and two function rooms it makes for a stunning location to dine

As Chef de Partie you will be working under the guidance of a very talented Head Chef who will be responsible to develop & hone your skills. This is a unique position for anyone who wishes to be part of an exciting time in a growing business and revitalising period for the restaurant. They are building an energetic and vibrant team.
