What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in enabling residents to live well in their homes and estates. This is an important customer-facing role with responsibilities including:nCarrying out surveys to enable future investment programs to be correctly planned and procured.nManaging the delivery of allocated projects to ensure cost, time, and quality requirements are met.nManaging disrepair claims and one-off projects, including adaptations to ensure residents can live safely and independently in the right home.nAssisting with the preparation and delivery of decarbonisation works across the Association.nProcuring, managing, and monitoring the performance of various contracts.

Your Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

Tendering procedures and contract administrationnSignificant experience in programming and controlling building worknEffective cost control and budget managementnSignificant experience in risk assessment relating to construction worknSignificant experience in tenant liaisonnDetailed knowledge of Fitness for Human Habitation and Disrepair
