With 28 years of experience, Daytona is renowned for combining thrilling events with exceptional safety and customer service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Daytona Tamworth. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional motorsport experience. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking key performance metrics, maintaining safety standards, overseeing staff recruitment and training, and developing innovative ways to attract and retain customers. This role will involve hands-on leadership and ensuring the smooth running of the facility. Qualifications Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in team management and staff development. Experience in event management and operations, including budget oversight and logistical planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and engage with customers effectively. Ability to manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Prior experience in the motorsport, hospitality, or entertainment industries is advantageous but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
