We are looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to complement the sales team. For this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience with a Residential Developer as the Sales Consultant. You will primarily be based on site, either in West / East Sussex and the order book is looking very attractive for the year ahead
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Engaging with potential buyers
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating deals that align with the strategic goals of the developer
Building rapport with clients
Providing an exceptional customer experience will be key in fostering long-term relationships and securing sales
Requirements:
A successful track record in new homes sales
IT proficient
5* Customer service
Enthusiastic
Self-motivated

Team player
