What will you be doing? As our new Network Analyst you will be responsible for the following including (but not limited to): Serving as primary support of network operations by managing customer devices and end-to-end services. Assessing the source of the problem, severity justification, performing basic checks and engaging responsible team if needed. Basic technical overview of all supported technologies and vendors (Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, etc.). Network elements monitoring, fault identification and management. What skills and experience are we looking for? CCNA qualified or willing to achieve within your first 6 months in the role You will have a basic technical overview about DC networks In order to be considered you must be local to Glasgow You’ll be a strong communicator and work well as part of a team Why come and work with us at Systal?
