In this role, you will create functional and appealing products, balancing user experience, business goals, and technology through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, optimisation and trading teams. You will create meaningful, accessible and desirable experiences that delight our users.The responsibility Lead App Design Projects: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle for key projects, from initial research and concept development to final implementation and iteration.User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.Prototyping and Wire-framing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touch-points. Ensure best practice and governance are upheld with the maintenance of our Design Systems.App Design: An expert in native App design for IOS & Android.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to product designers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into your work as appropriate.Documentation: Create detailed design documentation and specifications to communicate design decisions effectively.Qualifications5+ years of experience in App product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across mobile applications.
 Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field. 
 Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centred approach to design.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
 Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience mentoring junior designers.
