About the role:nIn this role you will be responsible for providing a high standard service on a technical and functional level in resolving problems related to various Product Lines, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure environments. Alongside administering production cloud systems/services and managing, maintaining cloud-based environments, with relevant applications & software. You'll assist in developing the platform and environment to increase its functionality and stability. Working with our customers and internal teams to ensure the highest system availability and availability.

Monitoring of staging/production cloud services and applications.nAssist in the Product Line SaaS project work, which involves researching, investigating, documenting, presenting any findings and outcomes.nClearly and concisely documenting all platform changes and supporting information for approval as dictated by the change process.nTo assist with BAU / day to day tasks and assist in testing when required.nTo provide support to the wider Customer Solutions team in a timely manner by receiving, clarifying and investigating incidents raised to the Product Line SaaS team.nOffer complete and timely technical explanations throughout the incident resolution process and ensure that the requester of the incident fully understands the issue, its resolution and if relevant, the means for prevention

About younTo be ahead of the pack, you might have:

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.nExperience in Cloud Infrastructure build and Administration.nExperience in a Server Administration role or Software Application Support rolenExperience of OS Administration, build and diagnosis.nExperience supporting and maintaining Window Server and databases.nUnderstanding of relational databases (SQL Server).nExperience querying in Transact-SQL or similar SQL language.nUnderstanding of IIS and website administrationnExperience of Microsoft Server 2012 onwards.nExperience of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (Server and Client).nA wide understanding of networking and VPN connectivity.
