Workshop Controller

With a track record of excellence and customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager to join their team.
As a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for supervising the operations of the workshop, ensuring that vehicles are maintained. The ideal candidate will have great organisational and leadership skills, have a strong background in the automotive arena.
As a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* You will need to be able to delegate and allocate jobs to the technicians to ensure that the vehicles are being repaired in a timely manner
* Monitor the progress of customers vehicle and relay updates to customers with the progress of their vehicle
* Maintaining accurate records carried out in the workshop, raising invoicing and billing when necessary
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
As a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller / Assistant Bodyshop Manager
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of automotive repairs / techniques
* Proficient computer skills / outlook / excel
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:30PM
