The role of Monitoring Technician – Water Hygiene:
* Reporting to the Account Manager, your role is to undertake monitoring and water hygiene
* services to comply with legionella guidelines, contacting each site to arrange attendance and keep records
* Conducting water testing and monitoring
* Taking water samples
* Testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves
* Shower cleans & other disinfection work
* Inspection of hot storage units & cold storage tanks
* Working at heights / manual handling
The requirements of the Monitoring Technician – Water Hygiene:
* You could be a current water hygiene/water testing engineer or technician
* Don’t worry if not as full training is provided as standard so if you’re looking for a technical client facing role please still apply
* Prior experience of travelling to client sites and working independently is an advantage
* Each client site is different so you will be flexible in your approach to work and happy to work in confined spaces and at heights when required
* Computer literate and able to use a tablet and other IT equipment to schedule site visits
* Full right to work in the UK without requiring any Visa sponsorship is required
* A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required
