We are partnering with Worcester Local Authority to recruit passionate tutors for Primary School Numeracy and Literacy, as well as Secondary School Maths, English, and Science. If you have experience in education and are looking to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
Subjects Needed:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles.
  • Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record attainment levels.
  • Deliver engaging sessions that support various learning styles.
  • Drive measurable outcomes to track and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support.
  • Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.

Desired Experience:
  • Experience in tutoring one-to-one or small groups needing additional educational or pastoral support.
  • Constructive supervision and correction experience.
  • Experience in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions.
  • Experience working with SEN students, disengaged youth, or looked-after children.

Essential Qualities:
  • Inspirational and effective communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills, with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual equipment.
  • Stable broadband and internet connection.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships, encourage, and motivate students.
