Major Players are working with a growing integrated agency to bring a Junior Account Director into their London-based team.nWe are seeking a Senior Account Manager ready to step up into the role of Account Director, providing support across two different B2B accounts. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Director, the successful candidate will oversee a budding team consisting of one Account Manager and one Account Executive.nThis role will encompass work across a variety of channels including Digital, OOH, CRM and Social Video.

Creative:nFoster the agency's creative vision, nurturing an environment conducive to creative thinking and idea development.nEnsure each creative briefing is inspiring and strive for exceptional creative output consistently.nChampion new approaches with an open-minded perspective, while maintaining quality control on all deliverables.nAlign all work with client business objectives and briefs, consistently checking for relevance.nEffectively present ideas, both formally and informally, with intelligence, passion, and clarity.nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, leading client meetings and providing day-to-day support.nCultivate positive client relationships that position the agency as indispensable.nProactively engage with clients, offering assistance and insights where appropriate.
