This is an opportunity to gain access to a fast growing profitable sector while at the same time developing skills that will be useful in any type of private equity, or equity investment research role. AxiaFunder ( ) is an award-winning innovative online litigation funding platform connecting investors with pre-vetted commercial litigation opportunities that we believe have the potential to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns. We are currently looking for a commercially minded, agile and energetic junior analyst to join our team. This role will give the right candidate a great platform for learning about the litigation funding market, alternative finance and structuring complex investments in an entrepreneurial environment. This will be initially a full time consulting role but will transition to full time employment within 6 months. Compensation will be £20-25 per hour for 1st 6month (converting to equivalent employment contract) + bonus.

Key responsibilities will include:nAssisting with financial modelling of investment opportunities.nAssisting with drafting legal agreements.nEstablishing and maintaining productive and professional relationships with various stakeholders including investors, claimants, lawyers, publishers etc.nHandling investor and introducer onboarding process and various queries.nAnalysing marketing data and feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, channels etc.) to help improve lead quality and growth.nAssisting with preparing investment memorandums and other marketing material ensuring all financial promotions are FCA compliant.nAssisting with various administrative tasks related to existing investments.
