As the Integrity Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire Integrity life cycle, from planning and executing inspections to anomaly engineering design and offshore execution works, ensuring the highest ethical standards, compliance with regulations, and successful execution of integrity-related activities. 


Role and Responsibilities:


Health, Safety and Environment

General:

·       Supporting risk management for operational activities

·       Ensuring compliance with the Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS)

·       Ensuring that all key vendors have KPIs in place relating to health and safety which are tracked on a regular basis

·       Participating when require in Regulator inspections creating presentation material and engaging in interviews

·       Participating as required with incident investigations to support the companies learning culture

·       Ensures an effective Training and Competency systems are place, monitored and reported for contract personnel

·       Implements and partakes in audits and safety tours offshore

·       Contribute to the development and closure of Operational Risk Assessments


Strategic Priorities

·        To support and promote the industry Principles of Process Safety Leadership within AOC

·        Develop and optimise asset integrity strategies

·        Support the assets life extension process by maintaining good fabric condition

·        Lead, implement and communicate AOC’s Vision and Strategy to the asset organisation and key stakeholders

·        Promote industry best practices and new technology being applied for Integrity Managment



Asset Responsibilities

Anomaly Execution:

·       Working with the operations and integrity team to develop innovative cost-effective strategies for the repair and fabric maintenance of the installation throughout its extended operational life

·       Lead the prioritisation and planning of all anomaly and fabric maintenance scopes

·       Maintain an execution plan for all black trades and fabric maintenance work scopes

·     Working with a range of internal and external service providers, identify the most appropriate approaches for execution of anomaly and fabric maintenance scopes

·       Set and manage budgets for anomaly and fabric maintenance activities

·       Monitoring performance and outcome of anomaly and fabric maintenance activities

·    Ensure appropriate engineering standards and management of change controls are met in the design and execution of anomaly and fabric maintenance activities

·      Manage third party engineering contractors or in-house services providing design / construction / fabrication to ensure project objectives are fulfilled

·     Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that AOC values are reflected in the way asset integrity is managed

·      Ensuring vendor equipment availability and timely offshore shipments

·      Develop and maintain metrics and systems to track KPIs for the asset


Integrity Management

·        Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity management processes and procedures

·       Oversee and input into risk assessments and implementation of strategies to mitigate potential threats to asset integrity

·      Ensure appointed 3rd party is actively managing the planning the coordination of offshore inspections in line with RBI

·        Encourage the use of advanced inspection techniques and technologies to assess the asset condition

·        Develop and maintain metrics and systems to track KPIs for the asset

·        Maintain a high level of understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations

·        Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulatory requirements

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and HSE, to achieve shared goals

·        Promote root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of integrity-related incidents or failures


Shutdown:

·       Support the development and execution of planned Shutdown work scopes

·       Oversee the development of comprehensive shutdown plans, considering safety, environmental, and operational factors.

·       Monitor shutdown project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

·       First point of contact for shutdown coordinator for escalation


Projects:

·        Support the asset with small to medium sized project scopes of work

·       Develop project plans that integrate into the asset planning process to meet the company’s business objectives and effectively communicate facilities engineering activities both onshore and offshore

·       Ensure effective handover of work scopes between engineering and operations

·       Follow and adhere to AOC MOC process


General:

·       Contribute to the 6 week, 90-day and 6Q integrated asset plans

·       Feed into the asset risk process

·       Periodic visits offshore

Education & Associations (Essential)

·       Degree or Engineering Qualifications or equivalent experience in the Oil & Gas Industry


Additional Requirements

·      Experience working in an engineering environment covering survey through engineering design, execution, into close out

·      Experience managing Fabric Maintenance teams and contracts

·      Experience managing Inspection Management teams and contracts

·      Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·      Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

·      Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
