We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our client, an established manufacturer, permanently at their Folkestone site.

Duties of this role:
Perform tasks as directed by the Projects & Facilities Engineering Teams: Developing skills and capabilities essential for an Engineer in a manufacturing context by following the guidance of the senior team.
Lead the Project Gates Monthly meeting: Leading these meetings as a communication medium, connecting with the project team and other departments.
Monitor and be accountable for project change control: Monitoring and accountability for project change, becoming the Subject Matter Expert.
Formulate and carry out project communications and KPI monitoring to ensure the project progress and performance are transparent and measurable.
Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the project execution.
Ensuring project expenditure remains within the sanctioned budget and share vital project details with management and the entire workforce when needed.Required Skills & Expertise:
3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Holds a Degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
A Prince 2 qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
Able to maintain stellar communication capabilities.
Robust IT proficiency with expertise in Excel.
Proficiency in technical drawing using AutoCad, or a willingness to learn.
Able to demonstrate that you are independent, proactive, pragmatic, results-orientated, solution-focused, adaptive, innovative, resilient, versatile and open to further learning and growth.
