Senior Programme Manager

This is an operational role which includes student facing components. This role delivers on our key milestones including Orientation, Capstone and other strategic events. The Senior Programme Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the School including students, faculty and alumni, both in London and Dubai. You will also have line management responsibility for one Programme Manager.
Please note, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends. There is possibility of travel to Dubai as part of this role.
Main Responsibilities
Designing, planning and delivering outstanding operations and impactful events across our EMBA programmes.nDevelop, lead and motivate the EMBA Planning and Operations team, which consists of one Programme Manager.nWork closely with the EMBA Student Experience Team to ensure a seamless programme experience for all EMBA students.nMaintain strong relationships and high levels of collaboration with peers in Dubai and the London leadership team, as well as key colleagues in central teams and other programme offices.nWork closely with the Programme Director in the development of the programme and implementation of enhancements and new initiatives.

In-depth knowledge of business education and/or executive audiences.nHigh degree of motivation and resilience, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain an excellent standard of professionalism.nExcellent communication skills and an effective collaborator, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.nSignificant project/programme management experience with advanced planning skills.nAbility to prioritise and focus on material issues.nAbility to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively, with strong ability to influence and persuade.
