This client side opportunity will consist of valuing residential properties in the Wakefield/Sheffield/Doncaster area, including Buy-To-Let properties including HMO’s, Modern blocks of flats and Houses with a value of up to £7m.

The wider team consists of 27 people but have huge growth plans or the future and look to immediately recruit 3 additional valuers into the team around the country. Being home based, this role will suit someone who needs/craves flexibility in their life. Our client prides itself on its excellent induction and training course as well as a clear progression route in the business for career advancement. Our client is a dynamic, forward thinking business who are dedicated to developing their employees and making the workplace as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage region including valuation flow and panel input
* Comply with RICS regulations and all other requirements
* Keep up to date with local markets and technical developments affecting the role including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s)
* Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports in respect of the region and maintain / develop panel surveyor relationships
* Provide Market Reports and such information that is requested to allow Group Strategy to be determined
* Undertake specific tasks that support other business lines including Development Finance and Due Diligence exercises
What They Are Looking For:
* Candidate must have an interest for residential valuation and specifically buy to let valuation
* Assoc RICS or MRICS – Ideally MRICS
* Up to date CPD
* Clean current driving licence
* Ability to manage a high volume of work
