Pay rate – £12.89 per hour
ACS Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Team Leader to join our client who is a pioneering force in sustainable practices within the recycling sector in the Northampton area. This is very exciting opportunity for someone looking for regular full-time work. You will be working within a warehouse environment sorting and segregating material pieces. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on our planet.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a dedicated team of sorting operatives
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of recyclable materials
Maintain high standards of safety and operational procedures
Drive team performance to meet daily targets and quality standards
Provide training and support to team members 
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in our client’s recycling processes
Previous experience in a recycling-oriented role is a benefit,
Good level of written and verbal English.
