About the Role:
As a Sales, Product & Branding Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering training programs that support BMW’s sales operations. Your efforts will ensure the achievement of agreed sales targets and the delivery of high-quality training services. This position requires flexibility, as you will work across all facets of sales training design and delivery to meet customer and business needs.
Location
– Hybrid working. All training delivery will be based from either Reading or Farnborough so you must live within a commutable distance to either site.
Salary
- £37,000 + Option for Company Car or Car Allowance.
Key Responsibilities:nDesign, develop, and maintain effective sales training programs.nCollaborate with customers to identify training needs within the BMW Network.nRespond to evolving customer needs with timely and effective sales training solutions.nPartner with sales teams and assessors to deliver high-quality sales training.nEnsure certification for sales courses, working with the Customer Relations Team to distribute certificates to delegates.nPlan and schedule annual sales training courses/events in line with BMW requirements, in coordination with your line manager and the Central Resources team.nDevelop and review sales training materials in collaboration with your line manager.nProvide holiday cover for other trainers in coordination with your line manager.nMaintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) levels across sales training disciplines.nAdhere to Health & Safety requirements in the design and delivery of all sales training programs to maintain the H&S Gold standard.nConduct trainer observations and offer developmental feedback.nPerform all necessary sales training administration tasks.
Requirements:nTechnical Skills:nKnowledge of the motor industry and practical sales experience is required (BMW experience is a plus).nTeaching/Training qualification is advantageous.
Experience and Knowledge:nBackground in sales training and development.nExperience in an automotive retail environment, specifically related to SMA.nProven experience in project delivery from conception to implementation.nPrior experience in sales training design.nFamiliarity with relevant automotive retailer systems and processes.
Qualifications:nRelevant SME qualification or apprenticeship.nGCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics.nSales training delivery/design qualification is desirable.
Additional Information:nApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and will be subject to satisfactory security clearance, including 3 years of reference checks.nVerification of qualifications, passport, and licenses is required at the interview stage.
