They are now looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead the execution of post-sale campaigns.

Role Overview:nAs the Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing diverse and exciting campaigns. From producing video content and native articles to orchestrating social media activations and product trials, your role will be pivotal in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, ensuring high standards of client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:nLead the execution of all campaigns post-sale, including video content, native articles, social media activations, newsletter activations, content hubs, influencer collaborations, forum activities, product trials, licensing, and events.nServe as the main point of contact for clients and agencies, ensuring exemplary client service and communication.nEfficiently manage the workflow of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and achieving agreed KPIs.nCollaborate with internal teams such as Product, Creative, Tech, Ad Operations, Sales, and Editorial to ensure seamless project execution.nAct as a quality control gatekeeper, ensuring that all creative work, including design and copy, meets client briefs and aligns with each brand's style and tone.nMonitor project progress and KPIs, making recommendations and finding solutions to enhance performance as needed.nWork with the Campaign Manager to produce weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance against set KPIs.nProduce a comprehensive Post Campaign Analysis within one week of the campaign end date.

Qualifications:nMinimum of 4 years of project management experience, particularly with large-scale digital partnerships, ideally within a consumer media environment.nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.nStrong drive and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.nExcellent communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and achieving KPIs.nDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
