I am partnering with my innovative Media client is looking for a skilled C++ Software Engineer to join their expanding team based in Bracknell.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly technical and creative environment. This role offers a hybrid working pattern.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and review product requirements, and discuss the technical feasibility
  • Build technical design proposals
  • Develop new software components or modify existing ones
  • Identify risks and discuss them with the QC colleagues to build adequate test plans
  • Identify and propose process improvements
  • Coach and guide junior team members



Must-Have:

  • Engineer, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
  • Strong knowledge of C++
  • Knowledge of video and audio technologies is a plus
  • Understanding of the full software development life cycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus (preferably TeamCity)
  • Experience in Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong object-oriented design skills
