Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Redditch, UK
Shift: Night Shift (8.45 pm to 7 am)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
A successful manufacturing company located in the Redditch area is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join their growing team. Working on a night shift you'll be supporting the finishing team by Powder Coating a variety of products to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
"Applying powder coating to various surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
"Loading and offloading product from the track
"Ensuring even coating and adherence to quality standards.
"Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment.
"Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments.
"Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean working environment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
"Proven experience as a Powder Coater in an industrial setting.
"At least 2 years industrial painting experience required
"Proficiency in using powder coating equipment.
"Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
"Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
"Strong understanding of safety protocols.
"FLT License *desirable
