Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a passion for global operations and people strategy? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international education organisation that transforms lives through study abroad, internships, and cultural exchange. Our client is seeking an Interim Global HR Business Partner to provide HR leadership and support across multiple countries. What you’ll do: Partner with global operations teams across the UK, Europe, Australia, Costa Rica, and Argentina on all HR matters. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational design. Lead and support grievance and investigation processes. Deliver HR generalist support and act as the go-to partner for HR queries across sites. Support the implementation of a new global HR platform. Provide administrative HR support for recruitment, benchmarking, and workforce planning. Collaborate with the US People Operations team on ongoing projects and global HR initiatives. What you’ll bring: Proven experience supporting HR in an international, multi-site organisation. Strong employee relations background with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to navigate different cultures and time zones. Experience supporting HR systems transitions or implementations is highly desirable.
