Key Responsibilities
Manage site specifications to include but not limited to, building maintenance, cleaning & associated services, helpdesk, meeting room services and service managementnBe the go-to person and bring solutions to issues onsitenEnsure the team have the right tools and equipment to perform their dutiesnInput of all payroll requirements (Basic, overtime, Holiday, Sick leave etc)nTake responsibility for the H&S systems ensuring best practise and SSOW are being adhered tonPerform relevant audits and ensure contractually obligated monthly audits are being completed with information shared on actions for completionnSupport and encourage ideas for innovation (recycling, reducing, re-use and better ways ofnworking)nCollaborate with other service partners including the events team to deliver a seamless experiencenManage and assess performance across the team
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)nGood general level of education, preferably to higher education level.nIdeal professional qualifications & memberships (eg. MBIFM)nExperience in facilities management in a corporate environmentnFirst AidernStrong customer and client focus with a passion for delivering excellent customer servicenAble to work out of hours to support service delivery needs as necessarynAbility to motivate, lead and develop peoplenAbility to interface across all levels of the organisationnA friendly and approachable demeanournInquisitive – being interested and curious in workplace environmentnTeam playernAbility to build relationships quicklynProactive
