Senior Town Planner

The client, one of the largest independent property partnerships, is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the expanding Planning team. Successful candidates will be working towards their Chartered Status with the RPTI, have an accredited RTPI Planning degree (or related qualification) and have previous consultancy experience. You must enthusiastic, client focused, and have a track record of independently managing planning applications.

Contributory Pension Scheme The Position of a Senior Town Planner
As a Senior Town Planner, you must be able to work in a team environment, manage competing demands, and prioritise tasks for themselves and others, with the key aspect being to meet clients' expectations. You will be meaningfully engaged in all work streams of work, an active member of the team and a mentor to junior sta. It is essential that you are self-assured, and confident, enjoy the prospect of developing their client base and make a real contribution to the prosperity of the Company and themselves.
Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
Either hold or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
Excellent report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
Solution-focused
