have partnered with a high growth SaaS /Fintech business (Private Equity backed) to assist them with their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their London team through growth based in the City by Liverpool Street.

(One day a week in the office)

The high growth SaaS Fintech business is profitable with revenues in excess of £50m. The company has the backing of a major global private equity firm, providing the capital to make strategic acquisitions as well driving organic growth.

The firm is a leader in what they do, focused on cloud based software to automate and disrupt the sector they are in. The role will report into the Head of FP&A, who in turn reports in to the CFO).nThe total finance team is 10 strong. They have a great name in the market and low staff turnover, great culture, open and honest. Seeking someone who wants to be hands on, top to bottom role and is ambitious as the firm will grow considerably under the new owner and in turn giving significant opportunities for career development.

Key Duties Include:nOwn the budgeting and forecasting processes as well as modelling, automationnPartner with business owners to develop plans, model and analysenProvide MI to support strategic decisions across the businessnDevelop KPIsnScenario planning, commentary and analysis to add business line growthnPrepare financial or commercial cases for deals and projectsnInvolvement in strategic projectsnAd hoc projects and automation, the firm has a constant drive to automate and reduce manual work in favour of value addnRole is one day per week in the office as a minimum

Experience & Qualifications:nQualified accountantnExperience in business partneringnComfortable collaborating with senior members of staffnSaaS/ Technology background an advantagenStrategic mindset

Compensation:nBase salary of £70,000nAnnual bonus, commensurate with company performancenEmployer pension contributionnCycle to work
