My client are a global food manufacturer who are looking for a technical administrator to join the established team. They require someone with strong administrative skills, technical knowledge and experience working within the food sector.
The Job
Technical Administrator

Hybrid working - 2 days at home

Responsibilities
* Create and organise presentations in PowerPoint.
* Use Excel to gather information from various sources
* BRC Administration, SharePoint, updating specifications, and testing schedules.
* Manage barcode allocation and datalogger information.
* Perform general administrative tasks.
* Calibrate and track thermometers.
* Liaise with delivery and courier companies for the transportation of Lab Samples
* Provide technical support to all departments in collaboration with the technical team.
* Handle complaints about raw and cooked products, including communicating corrective actions with suppliers and customers.
* Chasing, collating, and uploading information to web applications.
* Answer incoming calls.
* Organise international travel arrangements for the technical department.
Requirements
* 2 + years of administration experience
* Experience working within FMCG/Food Manufacturing
* Accuracy with attention to detail with data
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Organisation and Communication skills
* Willing to learn and develop.
* Flexible approach
