Oversee the preparation of used vehicles for sale, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget and time constraints.
Lead and manage a team of technicians and Bodyshop personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the vehicle preparation process.
Conduct final inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards before they are made available for sale.
Manage and control the budget for vehicle preparation, ensuring all work is completed cost-effectively without compromising quality.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and other issues in vehicles.
Collaborate with the after-sales team to address any issues or complaints related to vehicle preparation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Continuously review and improve the vehicle preparation process, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Work closely with the sales team to prioritize vehicle preparation based on sales demands and timelines.Used Vehicle Preparation Manager Requirements:
Full UK driving license
2+ years experience as a Body Shop Manager or Master Technician or in a similar roleOctane Recruitment
