Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Commission-Only Sales Representatives to join our team.


In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our stunning new jewellery and watch collections to retail stores and potential buyers. You will showcase our products, build a strong sales pipeline, and connect with clients via email and phone.


With very competitive commission rates and unlimited earning potential, this role is perfect for someone passionate about our brand and product, and who possesses exceptional sales and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential retail partners and buyers to introduce COLURi’s collections. This includes in-person visits, phone calls, and email outreach.


  • Product Demonstration: Effectively present and demonstrate our jewellery and watch collections, highlighting their unique features and benefits.


  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-up with potential clients.


  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and decision-makers to facilitate product placements and sales.


  • Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.


  • Brand Representation: Uphold and enhance the reputation of COLURi through professional and passionate representation.


Qualifications:


  • Sales Experience: 2+ Years proven in-person sales experience within in the fashion, jewellery, or luxury goods industry.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.


  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously.


  • Professionalism: Strong professional presence, with the ability to represent COLURi’s brand values and ethos.


  • Passion for the Product: A genuine passion for fashion and a deep appreciation for the quality and craftsmanship of COLURi’s collections.


  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.


  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using email, phone systems, and CRM software to manage client interactions and sales activities.
