The Site Works (Facilities) Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our M&E, plumbing and AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery. You would be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship.


The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract. An ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting an MOD contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Day to day relationship with local intelligent client representatives and end users of the service
  • Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance delivery, managing principle and specialist supply chain partners.
  • Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls.
  • Supporting site audits
  • Contract quality and assurance regime, in line with customer guidelines
  • Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity (ranging up £10k)
  • Undertaking/supporting general facilities contract management activities


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of managing multiple sites
  • An understanding of Facilities Management, including subcontractor management
  • Proven track record in delivering Planned Maintenance
  • Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
  • Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
  • IOSH Certified or similar
  • Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
