We are seeking a Technical Instructor to join our professional and dynamic team, playing a key role within our Skills City operation and leading on delivery of our Data Analytics bootcamp.

With your passion for developing others, you will deliver a defined curriculum program for early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled Data Analysts, Data Technician and similar roles. This multi-modal training program combines instructor-led training, lab exercises, scenario-based project sprints, and more to develop and hone Data analysis, statistics, SQL, Data visualisation, Data protection, Microsoft Azure and professional development skills.

The instructor will be provided with a curriculum and teaching framework. There may also be a requirement to create new resources for the bootcamp where there is a need.

open for UK-based candidates

for a 12-week duration aligning with our cohort start dates that requires your full-time availability during the bootcamp period where you can expect between £6000 - £8000 for the entire bootcamp delivery based on your skillset and experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesnThe key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Delivering and supporting all aspects of the defined Data Analytics Bootcamp curriculumnEnsuring student engagement per program requirements and offering support in client-facing projects.nGuide and mentor students towards achieving technical expertise and career opportunities. Conduct technical mock interviews with the internsnSupport the Skills City team in timetabling and monitoring student learning progressnAdministering LMS tasks such as scheduling sessions, managing attendance and uploading session recordings, registering participants and creating/editing instructor resourcesnEvaluate and provide feedback to all learners’ activities and submissions promptly.nWorking closely with the learning strategy team to preserve a consistent program experience for all learners through a defined curriculum, milestones, and interactionsnProviding content and class feedback to the learning strategy team led by Quality Assurance Manager to drive improvementsnBe available and respond to all official communication via MS Teams chat, Email, etc. throughout working hours.nBe passionate about developing talent across all backgrounds to drive up economic and social mobility.nBe willing to support with other tasks as and when required.
