The Senior Digital Analyst will lead high-value and complex digital projects, driving the development and execution of digital strategies. This role supports the Winning Work team throughout the bid process and ensures the efficient delivery of digital solutions, enhancing operational performance and business growth.


Based in Denton, this permanent role involves leading a dedicated team to manage digital projects and business tools, such as CAFM and MyMI. The Senior Digital Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies across Business Units and Sectors.
  • Plan, resource, and execute complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the setup, management, and administration of CAFM systems, and lead end-user training.
  • Clean, transform, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making purposes.
  • Develop reports using VF Business Reporting tools, ensuring governance and accuracy.
  • Manage and develop content for key business tools like V-Forms, Nimbus (Process Mapping), and SharePoint.
  • Lead and support Operational Analysts, manage project deliverables, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure end-user feedback is incorporated into ongoing improvements and lessons learned.


Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Microsoft Power BI Expertise: Extensive experience in data visualization.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets with precision.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to manage expectations and influence stakeholders.
  • Change Management Knowledge: Experience with workshops and facilitating change processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SQL query writing, report development, and presenting findings.
