As a
Senior National Account Manager
you will generate a positive impact on Blue Arrow’s growth and operating profits and ensure that Blue Arrow’s values are reflected in every activity.
As a Senior National Account Manager you will be covering UK and Ireland and therefore you must have the flexibility to travel regularly and have a full UK Driving licence.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior National Account Manager include:
Research, analyse and understand your customers: business strategy, organisational structure, key values and priorities and to align Blue Arrow’s sales strategy to these in order to grow Blue Arrow’s share of walletnCross sector revenue opportunitiesnAccurate client development plansnRegular face to face meetings with client base and key decision makersnBusiness cases and financial models for all new business opportunitiesnManage key stakeholder relationships within each customer and initiate, build and develop productive relationships to create new business opportunities for Blue ArrownAchieve new business/growth targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)nDevelop relationships with key internal stakeholders, influencing change positively and ensuring this is embraced at all levels through effective communicationnNurture relationships with key clients to ensure growth and retention of the business, whilst considering the commercial needs of all stakeholdersnRegular communication with key clients and create suitable discussion platforms to ensure that there are regular ongoing discussions focused on growing Blue Arrow’s share of wallet
About you:
Track record of success in growing revenues in a sales focussed rolenWorking in a senior account development position, preferably within National Accounts or experience in managing multiple accounts/ managed service accountsnA strong negotiator with the ability to sell effective solutions to customers at all levelsnThe ability to influence and drive change proactively across your portfolionExcellent communication skills both verbal and written, including effective presentation skillsnStrong business acumen with the commercial and market knowledgenHold full UK driving license with the ability to travel as required
