Are you passionate about music and technology? Do you thrive in an environment where creativity meets cutting-edge equipment? DN Colleges Group, nestled within the vibrant University Campus Doncaster, is searching for a skilled individual to join us as a Part-Time Technician in Music Technology.
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Technician to join our team on a fixed-term basis until October 2024. As a vital member of our Music Technology department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Recording Studios and portable Music Technology facilities. Your responsibilities will include de-commissioning, relocation, installation, and testing of equipment, ensuring seamless operation for our students and faculty.
Key Requirements:
* Ideally, hold a Degree-level qualification in Music Technology or a related field.
* Significant relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
* In-depth knowledge and experience with specialist software, particularly Avid Pro Tools, is essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students alike.
