We are currently seeking a talented
Senior Inking Artist (Contract)
with strong capabilities to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects within the web3 ecosystem, contributing your expertise in inking and comic book illustration to bring our visions to life. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, including writers, artists, and animators, to create visually stunning and compelling artwork for our NFT collections.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality inked artwork for one or more of our products such as NFT-collections, game assets, comicsnDeliver top quality assets production inking for our High Res collectionnFocus on character traits of our NFT collection (Forms / Mouth / Wings)nCollaborate with the creative team to understand their vision and translate it into visually appealing artworknBring life and personality to characters through skillful inking techniquesnEnsure consistency in the visual style and maintain the artistic integrity of the projectsnWork within project timelines and deliver artwork on schedulenProvide guidance and mentorship to junior artists when necessarynStay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledgenContribute to the development of the web3 community by sharing your expertise and participating in industry events and discussions
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience as an inking artist in the field of web-based comics, animation, or related industriesnStrong portfolio showcasing your inking skills and artworknProficiency in state of the art digital art tools and software,nBonus if you have 3D skills in Blender (or similar) and Gravity Sketch VRnExcellent understanding of anatomy, perspective, lighting, and composition.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from the creative leadsnA keen eye for detail and the ability to work with precisionnStrong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlinesnPassionate about web3, NFTs, and the intersection of art and technologynExcellent communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedbacknAbility to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentnExperience with blockchain technology and understanding of the NFT ecosystem is a plus
