CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager - UK, Virtual, EUROPE Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager (Remote) Full time, United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager is accountable for assessing incidents and determining a solution approach, understanding requests for changes and determining the best approach, and applying a solution approach to assure a business problem has been resolved. In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvements. You will also coordinate the respective team. As a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager, you will Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, or test situations if possible Execute small to highest complex configuration changes (many systems, many logics, many interactions, and dependencies) Perform benefit & risk analysis on small to highest scenario (many interacting key variables)  Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer-centric communication Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers Be a primary liaison between BCD Travel Program Management, Client Travel Team, OBT Vendors and BCD Client Technology Team with a goal to optimize client’s online booking program. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager is between $67,000 and $77,000.
