We are seeking an experienced administrator to join a small but effective Membership and Registration team. This role supports a broad range of tasks, including member services, subscriptions, accreditation, registration, and general administration.
The Successful Candidate
You will be a natural organizer with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks. Being a motivated self-starter is essential, as you will be working as part of a small core team and expected to take responsibility for your own workload and prioritize accordingly. The successful candidate will be a team player and comfortable communicating with professionals from various industries.
Key Responsibilitiesn- Provide general support via phone and email to members.n- Process membership upgrades, cancellations, and payments.n- Upload documentation and update/maintain internal tracking documents.n- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to arrange assessments and provide administrative support.n- Process new membership applications.n- Help maintain and update the Membership Database.n- Organize and administer annual subscription activities.n- Organize and administer annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) audit activities.n- Provide general support for Registration and Accreditation processes.n- Perform other reasonable tasks as required.
