Salter Grange is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team at one of the most esteemed builders of Data Centres in the Uk & Europe. As a leading contractor in the Data Centre industry, they are at the forefront of innovation and sustainability and have expanded in Europe with a rich pipeline of work.
 
This presents a thrilling opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to venture into the ever-evolving Data Centre sector. While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, it would be advantageous for you to have prior experience working on significant projects such as industrial, aviation, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial endeavours.
 
Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:
Develop quality plans, manuals, documents and systems
Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover
Attend and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers
Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies
Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardised and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual.
Prepare technical submittals, builders work drawings and record drawings
Report where required to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager on schedule and cost implications of Engineering designs and changes.
Ensure the adherence to company's safety and quality standards
Reviewing project documentation, drawings and calculations as required. 
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
Electrical Engineering background is desirable
Proven Experience in Data Centre projects an advantage but not essential
Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
Commissioning Experience
Knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
