Our client is seeking an experienced, methodical and organised Residential Property Manager / Senior Property Manager The company is anestablished, modern independent Estate and Lettings Agency with Property Management offices in the Alton, Hampshire.
If you are looking for a new position with a well-known brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you.
You will need have a great track record in Residential Property Management (and possibly ARLA qualified).
You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords and Tenants, show empathy and understanding, problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Property Manager / Property Manager – Residential Lettings role will include:
Experienced in Property Management and Tenancies
Understanding of current lettings legislation

Ability to work in a pressurised environment
