About the Team

The Structured Finance Team provides expert counsel across a comprehensive range of debt capital markets, structured finance, and fund finance transactions , including:

- Corporate, high-yield, and sovereign bonds

- Securitisations spanning diverse asset classes and structures

- Derivatives and structured products

The team represents an impressive array of clients, including:

- Issuers, lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and managers

- Arrangers and derivatives counterparties (both sell-side and buy-side)

- Trustees and depositaries of debt, equity, and equity-linked instruments

- Originators and investors in securitised assets

Operating at the sophisticated, high-value end of the capital markets, the team has achieved market-leading recognition in several key areas.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll collaborate on innovative and challenging projects, advising on asset-backed financings and securitisations involving diverse asset classes and structures, such as:

- Automotive receivables

- Consumer receivables

- Trade and equipment lease receivables

- Commercial and residential mortgages

- Infrastructure assets

- Warehouse facilities

- Platform lending

- Supply chain finance
