JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an enthusiastic chef with experience of working in fine dining restaurants and/or gastro pubs. You will have ideally worked at Chef de Partie level for minimum 2 years in similar establishments and enjoy working as part of a small team. You should have a good understanding of ingredients and be excited to use fresh seasonal produce. You will assist with menu design and the general smooth running of the kitchen
